SoviHep DaciHep Zydus Sofosbuvir 400mg and Daclatasvir 60mg

DaciHep and SoviHep are antiviral drugs used to treat hepatitis C by destroying the pathogen.

DakiHep contains:

• 60 mg. Daclatasvir — active ingredient;
• Croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, cellulose, silicon dioxide — auxiliary additives.

SoviHep contains:

• 400 mg. Sofosbuvir — active ingredient;
• Magnesium stearate, talc, iron oxide, polyethyleneglycol, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium croscarmellose, mannitol, titanium dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose — auxiliary additives.

Indications for use

Taking Dacikhep and SoviHep is highly effective:

• For hepatitis diagnosed for the first time;
• For liver cirrhosis, liver fibrosis, and other complications of the disease.

Dacikhep and SoviHep affect each of the 6 main genotypes with quasitypes (subtypes) of hepatitis C.

Positive treatment results are detected in patients who previously took interferons without results.

Dacikhep and SoviHep destroy hepatitis C viruses without affecting other types of viruses. Therefore, a direct indication for use is the presence of HCV hepatitis.

Contraindications

Contraindications for use:

• Age under 18 years;
• Pregnancy, breastfeeding;
• Individual intolerance to the active or auxiliary components of the composition.

Scheme of use

The standard duration of use is 12 weeks, during which 1 tablet of both drugs is taken daily. Should be taken with water, regardless of food intake, at approximately the same time of day. No need to chew or crush the tablets.

3 packages of DaciHep and 3 packages of SoviHep are enough for a full course.

24 weeks is the duration of the course for severe cases of the disease associated with:

1. With previous unsuccessful use of interferons;
2. HCV genotype III with cirrhosis;
3. With HCV genotype Ia.

Side effects

The following reactions may be observed:

Interaction with other drugs

• Antifungal and antiviral drugs;
• Rifampicin and other types of antibiotics;
• Medicines containing St. John’s wort;
• Glucocorticosteroids;
• Carbamazepine;
• Barbituric acid derivatives.

Combination of DaciHep, SoviHep and Amiodarone (anti-arrhythmia drug) may result in a decrease in heart rate and bradycardia.
4 hours is the minimum period that should pass between taking acid-reducing, enveloping drugs and taking direct-acting antiviral drugs.
