Dosage regimen

Indications for use
Use the medication alone or in combination with other substances (paclitaxel, cisplatin, carboplatin) to treat:
1. advanced bladder cancer with or without metastases;
2. widespread pancreatic adenoma with or without metastases;
3. inoperable, recurrent or metastatic advanced breast cancer;
4. advanced non-small cell lung cancer with or without metastases;
5. advanced epithelial ovarian carcinoma with or without metastases.
Side effects
Most often, treatment may be accompanied by: myelosuppression, leukocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and anemia, hematuria, proteinuria, flu-like symptoms, sleep disturbance, peripheral edema and facial edema, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting, increased activity of liver enzymes (AST, ALAT), alkaline phosphatase, alopecia , skin allergies, which can manifest as rashes and itching.
